Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sales priced items are non-refundable.
Prints or print-to-order or merchandise products
Products that are printed or printed-to-order or merchandise products are bespoke products and are cannot be returned nor refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the state of the packaging, the label on the package, and the damage to the item, then email hello@magdalenamahdy.com. A replacement item will be shipped to you, in the event or receiving a damaged or faulty item.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the state of the packaging, the label on the package, and the damage to the item, then email hello@magdalenamahdy.com. We'll work with you to ship the piece back to us. Once in transit, you will receive a refund for the item, or can transfer the cost to a different piece.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only exchange prints or print-to-order or merchandise products in case of damage or faulty. Please contact us at hello@magdalenamahdy.com if you have a received a damaged or faulty item.
Shipping
You will responsible for the shipping costs if you return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund price. Please contact us at hello@magdalenamahdy.com before you arrange shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £120, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive the returned item and in return, cannot guarantee your refund.
Shipping is difficult and expensive, so please ensure you're certain of your decision prior to purchase.
